Returns

We consider all sales final, so we kindly ask that you review the sizing and material descriptions with care before confirming your purchase. If you have any questions or need clarity on any of our products, we're more than happy to help. Product Warranty

Each Paper Spaceship creation is handmade, which means there will be slight variations from piece to piece. However, should your item arrive damaged or exhibit a craftsmanship issue within the first 30 days, we are committed to helping you resolve the issue. We cannot refund original shipping fees, but we will offer a replacement or a refund of the purchase price if the item is no longer available. To proceed with a warranty request, please send an image of the defect along with your order number to hello@maile-lani.com, and we will navigate you through the process.

Shipping Information

Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order is on the way, we'll send over a shipping notification. Our goal is to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days, but please bear with us if it takes a little longer—up to 5-7 business days during busy periods.

Lost Packages

We have access to the same tracking details that you receive in your shipping confirmation.  Please understand that we're unable to assume responsibility for any packages that may get lost or stolen after they have left our hands. We recommend keeping a close eye on the tracking information for the latest updates on your shipment's progress.

Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us, just let us know how you'd like to proceed. If you'd like us to resend your package to your address, we can do that – you will just need to cover the shipping costs for the second trip. In the event you don't reach out within 30 days after the package has come back, we'll issue a refund for the items' cost, minus the shipping fees. Please remember, any promotions offering free shipping are only valid for the initial send-off. If your package needs to be sent again, standard shipping fees will apply.
